Board Examinations

We provide online and physical classes for the following papers for competency-based examinations for admission as an attorney:

(1) Paper 1 - the practice and procedure in the High Court and in courts established under the Magistrates' Court Act, 1944, motor vehicle accident claims and criminal procedure;

(2) Paper 2 - the  practice and procedure relating to the winding up and distribution of estates of deceased persons;

(3) Paper 3 - the practice, functions and duties of an attorney, including the ethical duties of an attorney;  and 

(4) Paper 4 - attorneys' bookkeeping.

We also provide special guidance and one-on-one training to individuals who may be having a specific challenge on any of the concepts within the papers.

Our consultants consist of admitted attorneys of the High Court of South Africa with an effective training background in all papers and are committed to ensure that you perform excellently in all the papers. We look forward to having you in our classes.

(2) Paper 2 - the practice and procedure of conveyancing, drafting of deeds, certificates, applications, consents, agreements and other documents.

We also provide special guidance and one-on-one training to individuals who may be having a specific challenge on any of the concepts within the papers.
